Every homeowner who reaches Pushforever Floor Coating deserves fair treatment. If something goes wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect next. It is a general template and not legal advice.

• How a call or message with Pushforever Floor Coating was handled
• How we used or protected your personal data
• Anything on the site that looks wrong or confusing
• The conduct of a provider we referred you to

If the Issue Is With a Provider

The providers in our network are independent companies. Each one sets its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer care. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, first raise it with the provider in writing. Keep copies of what you send.

Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Pushforever Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act on a provider's behalf.

How to Send a Complaint

• Your name and contact details
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's company name, if you know it
• A short account of what happened and the result you would like

What We Do Next

We will confirm we received your message by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include speaking with the provider. After that, we will tell you what we found and what we plan to do.

If You Are Still Not Satisfied

If our reply does not settle the matter, write back and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state attorney general, a consumer protection office or your local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help too.
