Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover your use of pushforever.living and the referral service Pushforever Floor Coating offers through it. If you use the site, call its phone number or send a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template and not legal advice.

What the Service Is

Pushforever Floor Coating is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent epoxy, polyaspartic and concrete floor coating providers. We do not sell coatings. We do not prepare or coat floors, or repair concrete. We are not a party to any agreement you make with a provider.

Providers Are Independent

The providers we connect you with are separate companies. Each one alone is responsible for its quotes, prices, scheduling, products, workmanship, warranties, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control providers. We make no promise about their availability, timing, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest you check credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written estimate.

For Information Only

The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, financial or engineering advice. Any cost figures are typical U.S. ranges that vary by job, and none of them is a quote. Confirm the details with a qualified provider.

Using the Site Properly

Please share accurate information and use the site lawfully. Do not disrupt the site or try to reach any part of it you are not allowed to access.

Calls, Texts and Email

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we refer you to, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be logged or recorded for quality and billing. To stop further contact, email contact@pushforever.living.

Who Owns the Content

The site's content and design belong to Pushforever Floor Coating or to those who license them to us. You need our permission to copy or reuse them for commercial purposes.

Limits on Liability

To the extent the law allows, Pushforever Floor Coating is not liable for any loss or damage tied to your use of the site, to a provider's products or services, or to any agreement between you and a provider. The site is provided "as is" and without warranties.

Changes to These Terms

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
